The processing time (the "usually leaves warehouse within" time listed on the product page) is the time required to process and package your item. It does not include the transit time of a package. Processing times are based on several factors, including how long it takes to obtain the item. Items that are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer will typically require additional time to process, whereas items in stock at our warehouse will be available for faster processing.
Items that are custom decorated (vinyl heat press, embroidery, engraving, tackle twill, braiding, and screen printing) require more time to prepare before they are ready for shipment. Please allow an extra 3 to 5 business days for vinyl heat press, 3 business days for embroidery, 5 to 7 business days for engraving, 7 business days for tackle twill, and 3 to 5 business days for braiding.
Orders containing larger quantities of items can take longer to assemble before we're able to ship them to you. In addition, the processing time is affected by other items in your shopping cart. For instance, if you add one item that typically takes 24 hours to ship, and another item that requires 3 days to process, your entire order may require the longer of the two processing times.
