Your order will be processed once your check has cleared. Processing may take up to 10 days from the date we receive your check and completed order form. You will receive an email confirmation once the order has been processed.
UPS, our primary shipper, will not provide weekend delivery in most cases. If ordering two or more brand items, your total order may arrive in multiple shipments, as they may be shipped from different warehouses.
Items may be returned in the event that the wrong item was shipped or a factory defects exists, but must be returned within the first five (5) days of receipt. All other returns will be charged a 20-50% restocking fee depending on the item and circumstances. Refused shipments will be charged a 50% restocking fee, in addition to return shipping charges.
