Knee Measurements: Measure the knee to be protected. Stand and bend your leg just less than 45 degrees, measure around the largest part of knee, directly over the patella (kneecap).

NOT durable! the Teflx coating wears off quickly simply from normal wear (stretching fabric), and not from body-to-surface or body-to-body contact. Not worth the upgrade from the standard hex knee pads.
