The reason for 3 out of 5 instead of 5 out of 5 is because I ordered 2 basketball racks. One was perfect and got it put together no problem. The other rack the screws and washers did not come in the packaging and am in the process of back and forth emails trying to get the bolts for the other rack so I can put it together and get use out of both of the basketball racks. I am half pleased with the order so that is the half rating.
