The Poncho comes as advertised. It is very light weight and has a liner. The hood has a nice draw string to close in windy weather. Good deal and well worth the price

Used my Charles River Waterproof Pacific Poncho for the first time yesterday, in fairly heavy rain and was very happy with the length, how lightweight it is, and the fact that I remained dry. The soft feel and good looks are just icing on the cake as they say.
