How to measure:
Chest: Measure under the arms around the fullest part of the bust/chest.
Hip: Standing with feet together, measure around the fullest part of the hips.
Waist: Measure under the natural waistline, loosely holding the tape measure.
Use this chart to determine your size. If one of your measurements is borderline between two sizes, order the smaller size for a tighter fit or larger for a looser fit.
If your measurements for hips and waist correspond to two different suggested sizes, order the one indicated by your hip measurements.

I got these for my son and they are by far his favorite scrub pants. True to size. In jeans he wears size 30 and size small fit him perfectly.
