I?ve always wanted to run hurdles, but when I was in school there weren?t any opportunities for FEMALES. I am a 72 yr old lady and I ran my ?beginner hurdles today? and am ordering the next size up - the 18? ones after I finish this review. It was so much fun and I showed all those who told me I was crazy! I?m crossing off runnng hurdles from my bucke list after I progress further. I figured it was do it now or never. These hurdles are light, sturdy and not anything to be fearful of - they would tip over instantly if I?d hit one. FUN - FUN - FUN!! Go for it, live your dream...
