Application/Instructions:
1. Slip support onto either leg.
2. Position gel pads on knee.
3. Adjust the support as needed for a comfortable fit.

My knee hasn't given me any problems since I received the brace, so I haven't had the chance to use it. I'm sure it will be a great help though once I do use it. The ordering process was easy and the product was shipped and arrived in a decent amount of time. I was thankful that Epic Sports had the size I needed though and at a very reasonable price.
