Return Policy

Please submit returns ONLINE BEFORE shipping anything back, to obtain a return authorization.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom Items
  • Bleachers
  • Benches
  • Lockers
  • Opened Nets
  • Printed, Numbered, Braided, Embroidered, Engraved, or Altered Items
  • Washed or Worn Items
  • Stained or Soiled Items (including deodorant)
  • Close-out items
  • Altered Items
  • Electronic media such as DVDs and Videos
  • Swimwear, bodywear, bodysuits, undergarments, panties, and bras, due to health codes
  • Less than complete Kits or Kits with missing items
  • Items purchased in pre-packaged quantities (ie, 6 pack, dozens, 50 pack, etc) must be returned in the same pre-packaged quantity. Quantities less than the pre-packaged quantities cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Items that have had their original tags removed
  • Items not in their original factory packaging
  • Items delivered by a freight company
  • Items over 30 days old, from date of delivery (unless defective)
  • Items returned WITHOUT a return authorization

All our products are guaranteed against factory defects and workmanship. Some balls and goals have anywhere from a 1 year to a 5 year guarantee, which will be listed along with each product. Any guaranteed product can be returned anytime during its guarantee, provided it is defective, as per its guarantee and a return authorization is first obtained. Damaged items may be replaced or repaired at the sole option of the manufacturer or Epic Sports.

No refund, exchange, credit or replacement will be made on orders 30 days after customers receipt of order (excluding defective items).

It may take up to 15 days for us to process your refund after receiving your return.

Refund checks or any other checks issued by Epic Sports which are not cashed within 90 days of issue are null and void and will not be re-issued.

Mis-shipped items and clothing defects must be reported to us within 5 days from receipt.

Please take time to immediately and carefully inspect all shipments to ensure that sizes, colors, and styles you received are correct, and that there are no obvious manufacturer's defects.

Items (which are not defective or mis-shipped) can only be returned for refund within 30 days from receipt of order and will be charged a 20-50% restocking fee, less shipping charges. Items not in their original "factory" packaging may be non-returnable or will incur an additional re-packaging fee.

If you received a quantity discount when you placed your order, you will lose that discount if the quantity you keep no longer qualifies for the discount.

If you are not familiar with an item or sizes, we suggest that you compare products at your local sporting goods store, before you purchase on-line.

Returning Shoes: The shoe box itself CAN NOT be used as a return shipping box, as it gets damaged and makes it necessary to replace the box, which is expensive. Shoe boxes MUST be packed inside another box or an additional $10 re-packaging fee will be deducted from any refund due.

Returning Bats: Per manufacturer requirements all baseball and softball bats must still be in their original shrink-wrap packaging or they are non-returnable.

Returning Helmets: Per manufacturer requirements all football helmets must still have their warning stickers and labels attached or they are non-returnable.

Returning Goals: No refund will be given for Goals returned without an RA, and some goals may not be returned at all. Goals may only be returned for a partial refund (except mis-shipped goals) within 5 days from receipt of order and will be charged a 50% restocking fee, less original shipping charges and purchaser is responsible for all return shipping fees.

Goals Damaged in Transit: Goals damaged during shipping to customer must be reported to Epic within 5 days of receipt and purchaser may be required to provide proof of damage via digital or film image, or by damage noted and signed by the delivery driver. All replacements and/refunds are at the sole discretion of Epic.

Bleachers, Benches, and Lockers Damaged in Transit: Bleachers, Benches, and Lockers damaged during shipping to customer must be reported to Epic within 5 days of receipt and purchaser may be required to provide proof of damage via digital or film image, or by damage noted and signed by the delivery driver. Epic may choose to repair, replace, or refund the equivalent cash amount of damage, at the sole discretion of Epic Sports, Inc. Note any damage on the delivery receipt and have the delivery driver sign and date the receipt.

Refusal of Shipment: If an order is refused, the customer will be charged a 50% restocking fee, plus the outgoing and return shipping charges.

Exchange Policy: Most Brands will allow you to exchange unused items for the same quantity or dollar amount of like items within 5 days of receipt. However you will be required to pay the return postage of the items back to us and the shipping of the new items from us, to you, and some brands may charge a restocking fee.

Returning Items: No products can be returned without a Return Authorization Number (RA#) supplied by Epic Sports. To obtain a RA#, submit a return request ONLINE. The RA# must appear on all packages being returned and ALL returns must be shipped PREPAID, Collect items will be refused. When returning items, please send them via UPS or insured parcel post, we are not responsible for returned items which we do not receive.

Do not return any item without first submitting a request ONLINE to obtain a Return Authorization "RA"; otherwise you may not receive credit for the item you returned.

Canadian Returns:

  • Duties and taxes are non-refundable after your order has shipped.
  • The exchange rate can vary between the date of purchase and the date of refund. This may result in a refund amount that is higher or lower than the amount originally charged.

Epic Sports reserves the right to refund or replace damaged or defective items.
