Yeah buddy, this thing COMPRESSES. It's not "tight", it will move with you for sure, but it does the work for compression. It's not just a small lycra shirt. The gussets and placing of the seams allow more mobility in the shoulders, too. Unbeatable price and quality.

Fits great on medium and large but runs a little tighter on the neck , being compression shirts get a size bigger than usual it will still feel the full effect of compression without the tightness on the neck
