"Unless you are coaching adult men, order the youth size wrist coaches. I coach high school girls softball and had to exchange adult size for youth. They fit perfect and make my job a little easier! Very happy with the service and turn around time. One issue that might annoy some customers is getting in touch with a customer service rep in case you have a question/concern. I found if you communicate with Epic via email rather than calling, you get a quick response, so if you have questions, issues, returns, forego the phone call and send an EMAIL.
