The kangaroo leather is very very soft and thin almost synthetic thin and has formed to the shape of my feet giving a superb feel and touch on the ball. I play in Florida and at times my feet have been burning up because of the heat and not to mention a little stinky from sweating. These shoes have a mesh in them that doesn't let water in but helps the shoe breathe and my feet stay cool and dry.
