I don't wear mine for sports but as regular socks with jeans to my business casual job. They are compressive enough to give me support but not thick so they don't make me sweat.
I really like the white toe, too, for some reason. Very distinctive. When I go over to friends' houses and have to take off my shoes, I always get compliments on my socks.
