She likes the pocket because it is deep enough for the 12" ball but is shallow enough to get the ball out quickly. We cannot comment on the durability, we have only had it a couple of weeks but so far it has been great, we only buy Mizuno gloves and this glove does live up to Mizuno quality so far as we can tell.
